Met wie ga jij samenwerken?
In deze functie ben jij zowel binnen als buiten actief en werk je nauw samen met het zeer gedreven global beer team, maar met name met de Sales Engineer Specials, de Sales Manager Serving Beer Tanks en met de commerciële binnendienst. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Head of Sales & Marketing.

International Sales Manager Beer Tanks (inside / outside) - English version

The function
For our commercial department "Beer" we are looking for a driven sales manager who has a great passion for the beer industry and whose heart will beat faster if he / she sees a craft brewer. In recent years, the Craft Brewers have taken off worldwide and this market is developing strongly. Mueller has a great reputation worldwide in the field of beer process tanks and the now emerging Serving Beer Tanks. To further conquer this market, Mueller wants to standardize its product portfolio further and be able to offer a complete package to small and medium-sized breweries up to 200hl in EMEA and Asia-Pacific.
Our parent company the Paul Mueller Company does this for the North and South American market.

In this position you work closely together in the highly driven global beer team, but in particular with the Sales Engineer - Specials, the Sales Manager - Serving Beer Tanks and with the commercial office staff. You report directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing. In this position you are an important link between the customer and the executive departments within Mueller. Your location is Groenlo, but of course the world is your playing field.

In this multifaceted position your duties consist of, among other things

  • Expand distributor network
  • Realize "more" sales with your distributors
  • Calculate project budgets
  • Technical assessment of applications
  • Making offers
  • Planning and entering orders
  • Invoicing and credit management
  • Planning of transport - order planning

Profile

What we are looking for is a proactive, enthusiastic, results-oriented sales manager who is ready for a second step in his career. You have good technical and commercial skills and you think in terms of solutions. You are customer-oriented, enthusiastic and stress-resistant and an ambassador for Mueller. You are also proactive, flexible, accurate and able to inspire people and get them moving.

You also have

  • Good communication skills, both in speaking and in writing
  • At least a completed technical / commercial Bachelor course
  • Good command of Dutch, German and English both speaking and in writing
  • Great sense of responsibility
  • Knowledge of ERP is an advantage
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in a comparable position
